We don’t believe in a one size fits all answer or methodology. Everything we do is customized for our clients, taking their personalities and needs into consideration.
Whether we are coaching an individual, or consulting with a law firm or legal department on strategy, marketing or staffing, we start by taking the time to meet with and really understand our clients. We believe in in-person interviews and visits whenever geographically practical, and we take advantage of technology to meet virtually when that makes more sense.
After our initial meeting or meetings, we map out the remainder of the project for our clients. This may take the form of a personal strategic plan and specific topics for an individual coaching client, or an in-depth project proposal for a consulting project that lays out our client’s goals, our recommendations, and a plan of execution.
Understanding our client’s goals -the what - it’s now time for us to execute on the how and the who. This is where our experience, our
knowledge, and our strong connections in the legal world come in to help us finalize the project and move our client closer to the success
they’ve envisioned.
